About Etiris PB

Etiris PB is a dry white wine from Alella produced by the Art Laietà winery. It is a single variety of Pansa Blanca (Xarelo).

The vineyards are treated by organic farming and whole bunches are harvested in a good sanitary condition to have a short maceration at low temperatures with a good extraction of aromas.

Subsequently, a light pressing is performed to obtain the must which is fermented in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature of 15 degrees.

Art Laietà is situated between the towns of Alella and Tiana and is the nearest winery to Barcelona. Their wines are present in the menus of some of the best restaurants in the world.

2014 The entry is bulky and sweet. Fresh mouth. Good acidity, aftertaste is persistent.

Pale yellow with green hues.

Intense aromas, highlights of floral and white fruit notes.
2013 On the palate this wine shows bulky attack, with fresh flow in the mouth and good persistence.

Pale yellow colour, clean and bright.

Intense. Aromas of flowers, white fruit (pear and apple) and green almonds prevail.
