About Borsao Rosado Selección

Borsao Rosado Selección is a rosé wine from the DO. Campo de Borja produced by the winery Borsao. This wine is a single-varietal of Garnacha.

The grapes used for Borsao Rosado Selección come from young vineyards, aged between 10 and 25 years. The soils exhibit diverse characteristics: they are clay-limestone, stony, and silty.

After the harvest, carried out conventionally, the grapes undergo cold maceration for less than twelve hours upon arrival at the winery. Subsequently, a bleeding process is conducted.

Borsao Rosado Selección then ferments in stainless steel tanks at a consistently controlled temperature between 14º and 18º.

As stated by the winery itself, Borsao Rosado Selección is a young, fresh, and luminous wine.

Borsao is a winery located in the town of Borja. As a driving force behind the DO. Campo de Borja - established in 1980 - the winery is a benchmark for the production of Garnacha wine.
