About Fernando de Castilla Antique Amontillado

Fernando de Castilla Antique Amontillado is a sherry produced by the Rey Fernando de Castilla winery from the D.O Jerez. The winery, founded in 1972, is located in Jerez de la Frontera (Cádiz).

Fernando de Castilla Antique Amontillado is made using only Palomino Fino grapes, a variety native to Andalucia.

As for the winemaking process, this wine is aged for more than 5 years. It is fortified to around 19% alcohol. The wine undergoes oxidative ageing.
