About Frontonio Supersónico Garnacha

Frontonio Supersónico Garnacha is a red wine crafted by Bodegas Frontonio in Aragón.

Bodegas Frontonio is the result of the collaboration of three individuals. Fernando Mora, a wine enthusiast and restless engineer, decided to devote himself to the world of wine a decade ago. His curiosity led him to desire to produce wine from the very beginning of his journey, alongside his now business partner Francisco Latasa. Together, they met Mario, who owned vineyards in Valdejalón. They began vinifying wines and experimenting, gradually expanding within this little-known region.

Frontonio Supersónico Garnacha is made from old-vine Garnacha grapes sourced from Valdejalón. The grapes are almost entirely destemmed, leaving about 2% or 3% intact. The must ferments with its skins in cement vats and is then transferred to barrels where the wine is aged and stabilised for several months.
