Win.E Crianza is a red wine without alcohol produced by the winery Bodega Emina Ribera in Valbuena de Duero (Valladolid), D.O.Ribera del Duero.

Bodega Emina Ribera is a winery located in the "Golden Triangle" of Ribera del Duero. This privileged location offers the winery the possibility to select the best grapes from the best vineyards in the area. These, alongside the winery's most innovative technology, allow them to produce their excellent wines.   

Bodega Emina Ribera belongs to Grupo Matarromera, a group of winemaking companies created in 1988, when Carlos Moro, who has a long family winemaking tradition, decided to create his own winery, Matarromera.

Currently, the group is formed by wineries from 5 different denominations of origin, Ribera del Duero, Rueda, Rioja, Toro and Castilla León. Therefore, it is among the most important winery groups in Spain.

Win.E Crianza is a wine made from tempranillo which, after its manual harvesting, goes through a classical vinification, with an alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel deposits. Once this fermentation has concluded, the wine is de-alcoholised. Then, it goes through malolactic fermentation and it is aged for 12 months in oak barrels.

Win.E Crianza is a balanced, honest and elegant wine. Good combination of the aromas of the variety, of ripe red fruits and the toasted aromas of the ageing process. In the mouth it is honest and light.
