About Celler Sanromà Bubble Dragon

In a serene corner of Alt Camp (Catalonia)... erupts one of the most effervescent battles of the year:
Edu Sanromà vs. Lucy Chilvers.

Two oenologists. Two styles. Two sparkling wines. And a single battlefield: the glass.

Celler Sanromà Bubble Dragon is not just any sparkling wine. It is the product of a minimal intervention philosophy that Edu Sanromà has nurtured since he decided to break away from the family tradition of selling bulk grapes to start bottling the landscape.

At Celler Sanromà, wines are born from what the land offers... and what the heart dictates. Here, there are no fixed recipes, only intuition, respect for the environment, and a great desire to experiment.

This natural red sparkling wine is crafted with 90% organic garnacha negra, planted in 2016 in Vila-rodona (Tarragona), hand-harvested and directly pressed. It ferments spontaneously with wild yeasts, with no added sulphites, unclarified and unfiltered.

But the true magic occurs during the disgorgement. Edu fills his bottle with 10% of Lucy Chilvers' sparkling wine (Bubble Dragon Lucy), and Lucy does the same with Edu's. An oenological "crossover," as if Street Fighter burst into a natural wine fair.

The result is Celler Sanromà Bubble Dragon, a fresh, uninhibited, and irreverent wine that needs no rules to shine. Because it doesn't aspire to be perfect... just authentic.
